退款政策

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hongkongmaper@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and refund on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We don't accept exchanges on any items.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Hong Kong Maper Limited reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate this event and/or any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Hong Kong Maper Limited shall be final.

貨品跟與其原始狀態不同、損壞或遺漏貨品的其中部分，而這些情況都不是由我們引致的。 任何收貨後14天以上的貨品，也不接受退款。 

換貨

我們不接受換貨。

退款（如適用）
一旦收到您退還的貨品，經驗查後我們會向您發送電子郵件，通知已收到您的貨品。我們還會通知您的退款申請是否成功。如申請成功，我們便開始處理您的退款。您的退款將存入您付款的信用卡或其他付款方式的帳戶，亦需時數星期。客人須負責退貨所需的運費。

  
特價貨品（如適用）
退款及退貨只適用於正價貨品，不適用於特價貨品。
