Shipping policy

Shipping Method

  • We are using SF Express / Hong Kong Post to ship our products.
  • For delivery in Hong Kong, you may choose surface mail delivery by Hong Kong Post (for phone cases) or pick up at the post office or mail delivery by SF express(Pay on delivery, Pay by the recipient,

    SF Express will charge the recipient for shipping) / or pick up at the SF collection point(Pay on delivery, Pay by the recipient, SF Express will charge the recipient for shipping). If you would like to pick it up at the post office, please fill in the post office address in the shipping address column.

  • For overseas delivery, we are using e-Express Service, AirMail or Surface Registered Mail (Packet).
  • If the buyer fails to receive the goods for any reason, the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs.
  • Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return items.

Processing time

  • There will be 3-14 days to prepare, package, and put it in the mail after payment is done and confirmed. Some products may take more than 14 days.
  • The shipping period could be varied due to the distance of the location, from 1-60 days.

Customs and import taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs , import taxes and any additional fee that may apply. We do not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • 我們使用香港郵政/順豐速運運送我們的產品。
  • 你可以選擇由香港郵政平郵派遞或到香港郵局領件運送電話殼或由順豐速運上門派遞或到順豐自取點取件(貨到付款，由收件人付款郵費，順豐快遞會向收件者收取運費）。如你選擇郵局領件，請在收貨地址一欄填寫郵局的地址。
  • 對於海外派送，我們使用香港郵政的 e-Express 服務／空郵或平郵掛號郵件。
  • 如果客人因任何原因而未能接收貨品，客人需要自行負責額外的運送費用。
  • 客人須負責退貨所需的運費。

處理時間

  • 在確認收款後，貨品需時3-14天的時間準備，包裝和交付給郵寄公司中。部分貨品或需時超過14天。
  • 運輸時間可能會因地點的距離而異，從1到60天不等。

關稅和進口稅

  • 買方須對可能適用的任何海關、進口稅及任何額外費用負責。 我們不對因海關造成的延誤負責。
